Copying a draft or previous order to a new order/h1>
In the IconNet web application you have the opportunity to copy a draft or an old order into a new draft. This can be useful for the following reasons:

• You can prepare one or more draft templates with the features of your most frequently used albums. The copy transfers all the configurations you had made (cover selection, bookbinding, lining, etc.) to the new draft. So you do not have to choose the same features every time, if you make a certain type of album every time.
• The above is done in any previous order. In this case, simply delete the old lounges and upload the new ones.
• When ordering, you can easily place a new order with the same lounges and the cover of an old one to create, for example, a copy with the same options or other different (proportional) sizes with the same theme.

Draft – Template

For a draft template, prepare a draft and select the album with all the features you want or leave some gaps. You can even upload your own brand logos.

However, it is good to give a title that starts with star * and then some text of your own so that you can easily find it. The reason is that old drafts that are not used for a year are automatically deleted from the system. But if the title starts with * then these remain.

So click the “Give a title” button from the draft basket (the page that shows the value).

Copy to new draft

When you need the draft again, select it from the list of drafts and press the “ Copy draft” button from the draft basket.

Copy of previous order

To copy an order to a new draft, follow these steps:

1) Find the old order in the order table and click on one of its products:

2) The order basket will open. Click the Copy to New Draft ‘button.

3) A new draft will be created based on this order. All files and options will be copied and then you can make whatever changes you want.

4) In the new draft, the first step is to remove the products you do not need. E.g. If you added a USB Stick to your order, these will be there as well, so you delete them from your shopping cart.

5) Depending on what you want, you can delete all the old living rooms to replace them completely, or make small changes. If you want to quickly delete all lounges, there is a “Delete Lounge” action from the “Tools” menu on the Lounge Send page.

6) You can make any other changes you want, e.g. change materials, add products, etc. Of course the old order does not change, even if you just submitted it.
