Start creating album

Select in the left column “Photo Paper Album” and press the “Create New” button to start the album design process. In the next step you choose the dimension of the album.

Covers options – body – Binding

Step 1 – Selecting an album dimension

Click the cue point “Create New” to open the first step of the album design, which asks you to select the shape of the album that you wish. Select “Block” if you want your album to be square proportion, “Landscape” for horizontal ratio and “Vertical” to vertical ratio. Below you will see in detail all aspects arising from each one respectively. There are 3 main album proportions and each offers the following dimensions:

• Square (1: 1):  Supports the following sizes: 25 x 25 • 30 x 30 • 35 x 35 • 40 x 40 cm.

• Horizontal (4: 3)  supported the following sizes: 20 x 15 • 26,7 x 20 • 30 x 22,5 • 32 x 24 • 36 x 27 • 40 x 30 cm.

• Vertical (3: 4):  Supports the following sizes: 15 x 20 • 20 x 26,7 • 22,5 x 30 • 24 x 32 • 27 x 36 • 30 x 40 cm.

If you intend to prepare a package of album of the same creative (eg 1 large + 3 small), then rule is the small and large to belong to the same ratio. In this case, only once to become creative.

Proceed to the next step where you select whether you want white or black background.

At this point you need to add all photos to be included in the album by clicking click on “Select photos” and “OK” to load your photos. Then click on the word “next” bottom right in the dialog box to move to the next step.

In step 4 previewing the album photos. In this option you can change the order of photos. Note that the first image always comes on the cover. You the next steps to change this picture with another of your choice. Click on the word “Next” to proceed to the next step.

In step 5 you can fill titles or dates or logos on the cover. If you want to return to the previous steps, you can click “Back”, otherwise click Next to continue.

At this point you can preview the album.

In step 7, proceed by pressing the end to see all the album pages and features that you have to give its final form.

Edit albums

In this field you have too many options to format your albums according to your aesthetic. You can add shapes, silhouette, clipart, backgrounds, etc., and replace any photo. All of these options are located in the lower right part of the program. Also there are many tools to edit your images. Importantly, the following details concerning the cover:

• If you want a single cover, and then create the cover along with the other salons in this program.
• For any other type of cover sheet (e.g. leatherette, frames, collections, etc.) Leave the cover in this program. You can leave it white and ignore the warning that you do not cover when you send. Would thoroughly edit to the next step of our web application and will be combined with lounges created here. After the completion of the creative, click the button “Send to IconNet”. This will send all lounges you prepared and then will make additional choices for the cover, printing body, bookbinding, etc.

Very important note

Check the menu Edit> Preferences> Picture enhancement  that  is NOT selected option “Automatic image enhancement”. The reason you should not be active this option is that the program will automatically color correct images that have already been processed. Even you can choose the program display language from  Edit> Preferences> Language selection
